The untitled + united = unilted game started in Pećs (2015) in an artist talk about not just formal collaborative events, but real approaches exchange. We decided that a cross-curatorial game between two contemporary art platforms could be the first step. It was better for us than a “forced landing” together in the Friday Exit space in Vienna, following the Projektraum Donau algorithm.
Then it was the one week common studio in Sirnea in 2016, next to the Sumedru’s Fire Feast with intense collaborative moments, interventions and performances in situ. Untilted becomes an exhibition, a mixture between works made there in Sirnea and sequences of personal studios projects.
